Spice up your pizza night with our Vegan Buffalo Pizza recipe. Tangy, spicy, and absolutely irresistible!
Take note
Be careful when handling hot pizza and spicy sauce. Keep an eye on your oven to prevent burning.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
Using your favorite pizza dough recipe (or store-bought), roll it out into a round shape on a lightly floured surface.
Spread a generous amount of vegan buffalo sauce evenly over the dough. If you don't have buffalo sauce, you can make your own by mixing hot sauce with vegan butter and a splash of vinegar.
Sprinkle your pizza with vegan mozzarella cheese, sliced red onions, and thinly sliced tempeh or tofu. Feel free to add some chopped cilantro or vegan ranch dressing for extra flavor.
Carefully transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once your pizza is out of the oven, drizzle some additional buffalo sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Slice it up, serve, and enjoy!
