You will need: 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces), 6 slices of bacon, 1 onion (chopped), 2 carrots (sliced), 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 cup of mushrooms (sliced), 2 cups of red wine, 2 cups of chicken stock, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, a handful of fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
