Prepare the Tandoori-Spiced Crust

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of tandoori masala, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Gradually add warm water and knead the dough until smooth. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for about an hour.

Prepare the Toppings

While the crust is rising, let's prepare the toppings. Chop 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, and 1 tomato into small pieces. Grate 100 grams of mozzarella cheese. Also, if you're feeling adventurous, you can add toppings like paneer, chicken tikka, or even tandoori shrimp!

Roll out the Dough

After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and thickness. Place the rolled-out crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add the Sauce and Toppings

Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce or marinara sauce over the crust. Sprinkle half of the grated mozzarella cheese on top. Now, evenly distribute the chopped onion, bell pepper, tomato, and any additional toppings you desire. Finally, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over everything.

Bake and Serve

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Carefully transfer the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Once ready, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two. Slice it up and get ready to devour!
