Satisfy your sweet tooth with a dessert-inspired Egg Soufflé. Dessert for breakfast? It's a sweet reality!
Take note
Be careful while handling hot oven and ensure that you have all the necessary ingredients before starting.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease four ramekins with butter. Dust the ramekins with sugar to add a sweet touch.
Separate 4 eggs and place the whites in a mixing bowl. Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, like a fluffy cloud. In a separate bowl, mix the 4 egg yolks with 1/4 cup of sugar and beat until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, being careful not to deflate the fluffy peaks. Add 1/4 cup of flour and a pinch of salt, and gently fold again until everything is combined.
Divide the soufflé mixture evenly among the greased ramekins. Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the soufflés are puffed and golden on top.
Remove the soufflés from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and serve immediately. Grab a spoon and dig in to enjoy the decadent dessert-inspired Egg Soufflés!
