In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of crushed cookies, 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Take small portions of the truffle mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place the shaped truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
