Beat the heat and cool down with our delicious 'Eclipse Elixir Popsicles' recipe! These frozen delights will give your taste buds a celestial experience.
Take note
Handle dry ice with caution and make sure to follow proper safety guidelines when using it.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix 1 cup of fresh fruit juice (such as orange, strawberry, or pineapple) with 1/4 cup of lemonade. Add a splash of sparkling water or soda for an extra fizzy kick. Stir well to combine.
Pour the elixir mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion. Now it's time to add some magic! Carefully drop small pieces of dry ice into each mold. Be sure not to touch the dry ice with your bare hands. The dry ice will create a mesmerizing smoky effect once it comes into contact with the elixir.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them chill for about 3 hours, or until fully frozen. The dry ice will evaporate completely during the freezing process, leaving behind the mystical touch of the eclipse in each popsicle.
Once fully frozen, remove the molds from the freezer. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the bottom of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull each popsicle out and enjoy the celestial delight!
