In a blender, combine 2 cups of ripe guava, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the guava mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and stir until well combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Divide the guava gelato mixture evenly among popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely firm.
Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Sprinkle some edible glitter on each popsicle for a touch of glimmer and extra magic.
