First, you need to make the base of your creepy creation: the Zombie Brain Guacamole. Mash 3 ripe avocados in a bowl until smooth. Then, add 1 diced tomato, 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro, the juice of 1 lime, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
For the olive eyeballs, you'll need some pitted black olives and small balls of mozzarella cheese. Take each olive and carefully slice a small slit into one side. Insert a small ball of mozzarella into the slit, making sure it's secure. Repeat until you have a spooky set of eyeballs.
To make the carrot fingers, peel and cut thick carrot sticks. Using a knife, create shallow indents at one end of each stick to form knuckles. Then, use a little cream cheese or ranch dip to attach sliced almond nails to the top of each finger. They may look creepy, but they taste carroty delicious!
