Take your taste buds on an enchanted journey with our grilled Fairy Forest Fruit Kebabs! A delightful twist on traditional grilling.
Take note
Handle the kebab sticks with care, they can be sharp. Also, make sure to use oven gloves or tongs when handling the hot grill.
Gather your favorite fruits from the fairy forest. We recommend strawberries, pineapples, kiwis, and grapes. Wash and dry them, and then cut the strawberries in half. You can also peel and dice the pineapple and kiwi into bite-sized pieces, or leave them as chunks if you prefer.
Take your magical kebab sticks (or regular skewers) and thread your fruits onto them, alternating the different varieties. Feel free to get creative with the pattern! Your kebabs are now ready for grilling.
Get your grill nice and hot. If you're using a charcoal grill, light the charcoal and let it burn until you have a medium-high heat. If you're using a gas grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. You want the grill to be hot enough to give your kebabs a tasty char, but not so hot that they'll burn.
Place your kebabs on the preheated grill. Let them cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until you see grill marks. Be sure to flip them gently with tongs to avoid any fruit mishaps. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Carefully remove the finished kebabs from the grill and let them cool for a minute or two. Then, transfer them to a serving plate and get ready to indulge in the enchanting flavors of your Fairy Forest Fruit Kebabs. They're perfect as a refreshing dessert or a whimsical snack!
