Before we begin, let's make sure we have everything we need. You'll need 6 chocolate Swiss rolls, 1 cup of chocolate ganache, 1 cup of whipped cream, 12 pretzel sticks, and colorful sprinkles.
Unwrap the chocolate Swiss rolls and trim off the rounded edges to make them flat. Set them aside while you prepare the filling.
In a bowl, mix the chocolate ganache and whipped cream until well combined. This creamy mixture will be the delicious filling for our mini Yule Logs!
Take one Swiss roll and spread a thin layer of the filling on top. Roll it up gently and place it on a serving platter. Repeat this step with the remaining Swiss rolls.
Using a spoon or a piping bag, add some extra filling on top of each mini Yule Log. Then, gently press two pretzel sticks into the filling to mimic the branches of a Yule Log. Finally, sprinkle some colorful sprinkles on top for a festive touch!
Once you've decorated your mini Yule Logs, place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set. Then, serve them to your delighted guests or wrap them up as charming edible gifts!
