Pour the strained beet infusion back into a clean pot. Add 2 cups of your preferred milk (dairy or plant-based) and 2 tablespoons of honey or sweetener of your choice. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired serving temperature.
