Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds per 8 ounces of water for a robust flavor.
In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Add 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree and stir until combined.
To the milk and pumpkin mixture, add 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of sweetener (such as sugar or maple syrup). Stir until the spices are well incorporated.
Carefully pour the milk and pumpkin mixture into a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until frothy and creamy.
Pour the brewed coffee into your favorite mug, leaving a little room at the top. Slowly pour the frothy pumpkin milk over the coffee, gently stirring as you pour.
Finish off your pumpkin spice latte with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Sprinkle some additional pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon for an extra touch of flavor.
