Take note
Caution: This spicy tomato juice is not for the faint of heart! Handle with care and make sure to adjust the spice level to your personal preference.
In a blender, add 4 ripe tomatoes, 1/4 cup of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish, 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Pour the tomato base into a pitcher. Stir in the spice mixture, 1/2 cup of vodka, and 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well to combine.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together. When ready to serve, pour the Spicy Bloody Mary Tomato Juice into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with celery stalks, lime wedges, and a sprinkle of celery salt. Cheers!
