  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
  • horseradish 1/2 teaspoon
  • celery salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • fresh lemon juice squeeze
  • hot sauce 1 teaspoon
  • cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon
  • black pepper pinch
  • vodka 1/2 cup
  • freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 cup
  • celery stalks for garnish
  • lime wedges for garnish
  • celery salt (for garnish) sprinkle

Prepare the tomato base

In a blender, add 4 ripe tomatoes, 1/4 cup of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish, 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
