Be careful not to spill the turmeric latte mixture while pouring it into the popsicle molds. Turmeric can stain clothes and surfaces, so handle it with care.
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of ground turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a simmer. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Once the turmeric latte mixture has cooled down, carefully pour it into popsicle molds. Fill them up to 3/4 full, leaving some space for expansion when it freezes. If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small disposable cups or ice cube trays with popsicle sticks inserted.
Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. This will ensure that the popsicles are completely frozen and ready to be enjoyed.
To unmold the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles easily. And voila! Your Turmeric Latte Popsicles are ready to be devoured. Enjoy the refreshing flavors with a healthy twist!
