Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). We want it nice and hot to cook our bacon-wrapped mushrooms to perfection!
Take 12 large white mushrooms and gently remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside for now, we'll use them as the base for our delicious bites.
In a mixing bowl, combine 4 ounces (115g) of cream cheese, 1/2 cup (50g) of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup (25g) of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix them together until you have a creamy and cheesy filling.
Take a teaspoonful of the cheese filling and generously stuff each mushroom cap. Make sure they're nice and full, as the cheese adds that extra oomph of flavor!
Now it's time for the magical bacon wrapping! Take 12 strips of bacon and carefully wrap each mushroom cap with a strip of bacon. Secure it with toothpicks to hold everything in place.
Place the bacon-wrapped mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop them into the preheated oven and let them bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon turns golden brown and crispy.
Once the bacon-wrapped stuffed mushrooms are beautifully browned and irresistible, take them out of the oven. Allow them to cool for a couple of minutes and remove the toothpicks. Serve them up and watch everyone's mouths water!
