Caution: These crepes are highly addictive. Proceed with caution and be prepared for moments of pure bliss!
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, beat 3 large eggs, then add 1 and 1/4 cups of milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Gradually pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, whisking continuously until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the pan, swirling it around to create a thin, even layer. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges start to crisp and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Spread a generous amount of Nutella over one side of each crepe. Fold the crepe in half, then fold it in half again to create a triangle. Repeat with the remaining crepes and Nutella.
Plate your Nutella-filled crepes and dust them with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also top them with whipped cream, sliced strawberries, or chopped hazelnuts. Grab a fork, dig in, and savor every bite!
