In a bowl, combine 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a spicy marinade. Place your ribs in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor. Remember, patience is a virtue!
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess sauce drip off. Season both sides of the ribs with salt and pepper. Keep a spray bottle of water nearby, just in case the flames get a bit too excited.
