Line a large sieve or strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth and place it over a deep bowl. Pour 4 cups of plain Greek yogurt into the cheesecloth. Gather up the edges of the cheesecloth and tie them together with a rubber band or twist tie. Let it sit in the fridge overnight to drain.

When you're ready to serve, transfer the Labneh dip to a serving bowl, drizzle it with a little extra olive oil, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
