Collect the following items: 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (melted), 2 eggs, and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, water, melted butter, and eggs. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air bubbles. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread a generous amount of melted butter on the surface and sprinkle cinnamon evenly. Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a tight log.
Now comes the fun part! Carefully transfer the cinnamon roll log onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, positioning it in a spiral shape to resemble a sculpture. Tuck the ends underneath to secure the shape. Cover it lightly and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Once the sculpture has risen again, bake it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before admiring your colossal cinnamon roll sculpture.
