Learn the art of burger construction with our step-by-step guide to assembling a perfect Ramen Burger. It's a crispy, noodle-filled delight!
Take note
Be careful while handling hot surfaces and ingredients. Make sure to follow safe food handling practices.
Boil a packet of ramen noodles for about 3 minutes or until they are cooked al dente. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set them aside to cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, finely chopped onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into a patty that matches the size of your ramen bun. Cook the patty on a grill or stovetop until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Take a round mold or a clean, empty can (with both ends removed) and place it on a flat surface. Gather a handful of cooked ramen noodles and press them firmly into the mold, creating a compact bun shape. Repeat this process to make additional ramen buns.
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Carefully remove the ramen bun from the mold and place it in the pan. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until the bun is golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining ramen buns.
Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom ramen bun. Top it with your favorite burger toppings like lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments. Finally, gently place the top ramen bun over the toppings. Voila! Your Ramen Burger is ready to be devoured.
