Treat yourself to flavor-packed tenderness with our 'Herb-Marinated Lamb Chops' recipe. A burst of herbs that will make your taste buds sing!
Take note
Be cautious when working with sharp knives and using hot stovetops or grills.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
Place 4 lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each chop is coated evenly. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the lamb chops marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for more intense flavor.
If using a grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. If using a stovetop, heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Make sure the cooking surface is hot before adding the lamb chops.
Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place them on the preheated grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time depending on your preferred doneness. Remember to flip the chops only once to achieve a nice sear.
Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the lamb chops from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a tender and juicy bite. Serve the lamb chops with your favorite sides and enjoy!
