Do dessert differently with our 'ice cream cone cups' recipe. Turn your favorite cones into a delightful vessel for your ice cream creations!
Take note
Be careful when handling the hot ingredients as they can cause burns. Make sure to follow the instructions closely to achieve the best results.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and completely melted.
Hold the cone by the pointed end and carefully dip the opening into the melted chocolate, swirling it around to coat the inside. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Place the chocolate-coated cones upright on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat the previous step with the remaining cones.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let the chocolate harden for about 15-20 minutes.
Once the chocolate has hardened, you can scoop your favorite ice cream into the cone cups. Fill them to the top and get creative with your flavors and toppings!
