Enjoy the sweet taste of summer with our creamy strawberry popsicles. A burst of fruity goodness that'll make you smile from ear to ear.
Take note
Be careful not to spill or splash the mixture while pouring it into the popsicle molds. Also, make sure your freezer is set to a temperature that will properly freeze the popsicles.
Start by washing and hulling the strawberries. Then, toss them into a blender along with any sweeteners or flavorings you'd like to add, such as sugar or vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together until well incorporated.
Gently fold the strawberry puree into the creamy base mixture. Be sure to mix well without overmixing, so you get beautiful swirls of strawberry throughout the popsicles.
Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds. If you want to add a little extra flair, you can drop in sliced strawberries or even some mini chocolate chips for a surprise bite!
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid. Once they're frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and indulge in the fruity, creamy goodness!
