In a blender, add ice cubes and blend until they become fluffy and resemble snow. Transfer the shaved ice into a bowl and set it aside.
In a small saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring continuously until it becomes thin and pourable. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Cut fresh fruits like strawberries, mangoes, and bananas into bite-sized pieces. You can also use red bean paste, rice cakes, or any other toppings you like!
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the shaved ice. Add the toppings of your choice on top. Dig in and enjoy your classic Korean Bingsu!
