Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and make sure it reaches the desired temperature before proceeding.
Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Aim for a thickness of about 1/4 inch (0.6 cm).
In a pan over medium heat, saute the thinly sliced beef until it's cooked through and nicely browned. Set it aside for later.
In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup (60 ml) of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of honey, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of sesame oil to create the perfect Korean BBQ sauce.
Spread the Korean BBQ sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top the sauce with the cooked beef, sliced red onions, chopped scallions, and mozzarella cheese. Feel free to get creative and add any other toppings you like!
Carefully transfer the assembled pizza onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Once the pizza is out of the oven, garnish it with fresh cilantro leaves and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Slice it up, serve it hot, and enjoy the deliciousness!
