To make these enchanting cookies, you will need 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of unsalted butter (softened), 1 ¼ cups of granulated sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of fairy dust (optional).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
