Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut a head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of non-dairy milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it's evenly coated. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Once the cauliflower wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the BBQ sauce over the wings and gently toss to coat them evenly. Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes to let the sauce caramelize.
