Please note that if you don't have an ice cream maker, this recipe might be a little challenging. Also, be careful with the spices, as ginger and nutmeg can be quite strong. Lastly, expect a decent amount of waiting time for freezing the gelato.

Once the mixture is chilled, pour it into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions to churn it into creamy glory. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes.
Transfer the churned gelato into a freezer-safe container and sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top for that glistening touch. Pop it back in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours to firm up.
