Collect all the necessary ingredients before starting. You'll need 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of almond butter, 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, honey, almond butter, mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds. Mix everything together until well combined. This is where the magic starts to happen!
Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a small ball. Repeat until all the mixture has been used. Don't worry if they're not perfect spheres, they're going to taste amazing regardless!
Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow them to firm up. Once they're chilled and ready, grab a few and enjoy the delightful goodness! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
