Wash your fruits of choice, like strawberries, blueberries, or peaches. Remove any stems, seeds, or pits. Then, chop them into small pieces, and blend them in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Pour the blended fruit mixture into a saucepan, and heat it over medium-low heat. Add a tablespoon of honey or your preferred sweetener to enhance the flavor. Stir until well combined and simmer for about 10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the thickened fruit mixture onto it. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly, ensuring it's about 1/8 inch thick. Make sure it's smooth and spread to the edges for the ultimate Fruit Roll-Up experience.
Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C), or the lowest temperature setting available. Place the baking sheet in the oven and let it bake for 4-6 hours, or until the fruit mixture is no longer tacky and peels away easily from the parchment paper. Remember, patience is a virtue!
Once the fruit mixture is completely dried, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool. Then, carefully peel the Fruit Roll-Up from the parchment paper. You can either cut it into strips or use a pizza cutter to create fun shapes. Roll 'em up and enjoy!
