Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small round tip. Pipe thin lines of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow the sprinkles to dry for a few hours or overnight.
Once the sprinkles have dried completely, gently break them into small pieces. Store them in an airtight container or sprinkle directly onto your embellished cookies!
