In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are nicely blended.
