Before you can create this culinary masterpiece, make sure you have all the necessary ingredients: fig jam, champagne vinegar, sparkling water, edible flowers, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
In a blender, combine 1/4 cup fig jam, 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar, a splash of sparkling water, a handful of edible flowers, 1/4 cup olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Give your dressing a taste and determine if it needs any adjustments. If it's too sweet, add a bit more vinegar. If it needs more fizz, add some extra sparkling water. And if it needs a floral boost, toss in a few more edible flowers.
Pour your floral fig fizz dressing into a jar and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Then, drizzle it over your favorite salads and watch as your taste buds do a happy dance!
