Gather all the necessary ingredients for your Grain-Free Granola Energy Bites. You'll need 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (your choice), 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, 1/4 cup of almond butter, 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix everything well until you have a sticky and well-combined mixture.
