Need a quick energy boost? Our Grain-Free Granola Energy Bites are bite-sized balls of goodness that'll keep you going all day!
Take note
Beware of addiction! Once you taste these Grain-Free Granola Energy Bites, you won't be able to stop.
To make our Grain-Free Granola Energy Bites, you'll need 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, 1/4 cup of almond butter, 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. These ingredients will come together to create a flavor explosion in your mouth!
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir until well mixed and everything is evenly distributed. You can use a wooden spoon or even get your hands dirty and mix it together with your fingers. Embrace the messiness!
Now it's time to get your hands dirty again! Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a bite-sized ball. Repeat this step until all the mixture is used. If your palms get sticky, wet them slightly with water to make rolling easier.
Place your Grain-Free Granola Energy Bites on a lined baking sheet or plate, and pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This will help them firm up and hold their shape. Waiting can be tough, but it'll be worth it!
Once chilled, your Grain-Free Granola Energy Bites are ready to be enjoyed! Grab one whenever you need a quick energy boost throughout the day. They're great for on-the-go snacking or as a post-workout treat. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them fresh for up to a week... if they last that long!
