In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the dough comes together. Press the dough evenly into a tart pan, making sure to cover the bottom and sides. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.
While the crust chills, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread the prepared filling evenly onto the cooled tart crust. Top it with your favorite grain-free granola, adding as much as you desire. Feel free to get creative with toppings like fresh berries or a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
Place the assembled tart in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together. Once chilled, slice the tart into wedges and serve with a smile!
