Gently fold the puff pastry in half lengthwise, sandwiching the apple slices. Starting from one end, roll the pastry, creating a beautiful rose shape. Place the rose-shaped pie into the prepared muffin tin. Repeat this process for the remaining strips.
Pop the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp. Once baked, remove the pies from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
