Celebrate the New Year with our luscious Strawberry Champagne Jelly. A delightful blend of juicy strawberries, bubbly champagne, and a burst of sweetness.
Take note
Be careful while handling hot liquids and sharp utensils.
Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
In a blender or food processor, puree the chopped strawberries until smooth.
In a saucepan, heat half of the champagne over medium heat. Sprinkle the gelatin over the champagne and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
Stir the gelatin mixture over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour the strawberry puree and the remaining champagne into the saucepan with the gelatin mixture. Stir well to combine.
Carefully pour the jelly mixture into individual molds or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Once the jelly is set, unmold or garnish with fresh strawberries. Serve chilled and enjoy the burst of sweetness and fizziness!
