Take note
Mushroom-lovers beware: once you taste these Labneh-stuffed mushrooms, you won't be able to stop eating them! Also, be careful when handling hot mushrooms and remember to always wash your hands before and after handling food.
Start by gently removing the stems from the mushrooms. Take care not to break or damage the mushroom caps. Set the caps aside for stuffing.
In a bowl, mix together Labneh (quantity), minced garlic (quantity), chopped fresh herbs (quantity), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Feel free to get creative with the herbs − parsley, thyme, or chives work great!
Using a spoon, carefully fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of Labneh filling. Press gently to ensure the filling is compact and stays in place.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle a little olive oil (quantity) over each mushroom. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the Labneh filling is slightly golden.
Remove the Labneh-stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve as a delectable appetizer or snack. Your taste buds will thank you!
