Embark on a sweet and decadent adventure with our recipe for the ultimate Titan's Tiramisu Tower! Take your taste buds to new heights!
Take note
Just a friendly reminder, this tiramisu tower is not for the faint of heart (or those on a diet)! It's a decadent delight that may cause uncontrollable cravings and swoons of pleasure. Proceed with caution and make sure to share with your loved ones, because this tower is too good to hog all to yourself!
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of strong brewed coffee with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee syrup briefly, making sure not to soak them for too long or they will become mushy. Place a layer of soaked ladyfingers on the bottom of a tall glass or jar.
Spoon a generous amount of the mascarpone filling onto the soaked ladyfingers, spreading it out evenly with a spatula or spoon.
Create additional layers by repeating steps 3 and 4 until you run out of ladyfingers and filling. Aim for at least 3 layers to achieve a towering masterpiece.
Cover your tiramisu tower with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the flavors to meld together and the ladyfingers to soften.
Before serving, dust the top of your tiramisu tower with a generous amount of cocoa powder. This adds a touch of elegant decadence to your creation.
