Prepare the Tartlet Crust

In a food processor, combine 1 cup of crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pulse until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press the crust mixture into the bottom and sides of individual tartlet pans. Place the pans in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

Make the Tropical Turmeric Filling

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and whisk until smooth.
