Take note
Please note that Brie and Fig Jam Crostini may cause extreme appetizer cravings and can result in guests devouring all of them within seconds. Consider making a double batch!
Gather all your ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced; 1 wheel of Brie cheese, sliced; fig jam; fresh thyme leaves.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven until they are lightly golden and crisp, about 7-10 minutes.
Take the toasted baguette slices out of the oven and let them cool slightly. Spread a generous amount of fig jam on each slice.
Place a slice of Brie cheese on top of each baguette slice with fig jam. Make sure the cheese covers the jam completely.
Preheat your broiler. Place the topped baguette slices back in the oven under the broiler until the Brie cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the crostini from the oven and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top as a garnish. Serve immediately and watch them disappear!
