Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the gluten-free ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or your preferred alternative) with gluten-free bread crumbs, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties.
Heat a bit of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
In a small bowl, combine gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced ginger. Mix well to create the burger sauce.
Take two cooked gluten-free ramen noodle cakes and spread a generous amount of the burger sauce on one side of each cake. Place a burger patty on top of the sauce on one cake and then place the other cake on top, sauce side down. Press gently to hold the burger together.
Feel free to add your favorite toppings to your gluten-free Ramen Burger, such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, or cheese. Serve with a side of gluten-free sweet potato fries or a healthy salad for a complete meal.
