  • Frozen Spinach 10 ounces
  • Artichoke Hearts 1 can
  • Greek Yogurt 1 cup
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1/3 cup
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Minced Garlic 2 cloves
  • Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper a pinch

Gather the Ingredients

Collect 10 ounces of frozen spinach, 1 can of artichoke hearts, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it's nice and toasty when you're ready to bake.

Drain the Spinach and Artichokes

Thaw the frozen spinach and drain it well by squeezing out any excess water. Drain the can of artichoke hearts and chop them into smaller pieces.

Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, shredded Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top.
