Gather all the necessary ingredients for your spicy tuna roll. You'll need sushi rice, nori seaweed sheets, fresh tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi. Make sure the tuna is sashimi-grade and the rice is properly cooked and seasoned.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced tuna, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce to taste. Mix well until the tuna is coated in the spicy mayo. Adjust the amount of Sriracha according to your desired level of spiciness.
Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking and spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly onto the nori, leaving about an inch at the top edge. Press the rice gently to stick it to the nori.
Spread a line of the spicy tuna filling horizontally across the center of the rice-covered nori. Be generous but avoid overstuffing as it may make rolling difficult.
Using the sushi mat as a guide, start rolling the nori tightly over the filling. Apply gentle pressure to shape the roll as you go. Moisten the top edge of the nori with water to seal the roll.
Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the roll into bite-sized pieces. Wipe the knife with a damp cloth between cuts to keep it clean. Serve your spicy tuna sushi rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi. Enjoy!
