Escape to the tropics with our irresistible Mango-Pineapple Bingsu recipe! Juicy mangoes, sweet pineapples, and a taste of paradise.
Take note
Handle sharp knives with caution when cutting the fruits. Be careful not to eat all of the mangoes and pineapples before they make it into the Bingsu!
Peel and dice the ripe mangoes. Chop the sweet pineapples into small chunks. Set them aside in separate bowls.
Fill a blender with ice cubes and blend until you get a fluffy snow-like texture. If you don't have a blender, you can also crush the ice by placing it in a zip-lock bag and using a rolling pin.
In a serving bowl, start by adding a layer of shaved ice. Top it with a generous amount of diced mangoes and pineapple chunks. Repeat this layering process until all the fruits and shaved ice are used.
To enhance the tropical flavors, drizzle your Bingsu with a simple syrup made by dissolving sugar in warm water. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking. Pour the syrup over the assembled Bingsu.
Grab a spoon and dig into this refreshing tropical delight! Mix the ingredients together to fully enjoy the explosion of flavors. Feel the beach vibes and let your taste buds savor the paradise!
