Craving a lighter version of pizza? Try our 'White Pizza Flatbread' recipe! Perfect for snacking or as an appetizer at your next gathering.
Take note
Be careful when handling hot ingredients, and make sure to let the flatbread cool slightly before serving.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place a store-bought flatbread on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of softened butter and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the flatbread.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil leaves over the flatbread. Feel free to add any additional toppings you desire!
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool slightly. Slice it into squares or wedges, and serve it hot. Enjoy!
