Grab a rolling pin, or any other heavy object you have lying around, and crush the cereal into small crumbs. Don't be shy, give it a good whack! Once you have a nice crumbly mixture, pour it into a shallow dish.
In a separate bowl, crack open 2 eggs and whisk them up until they're well beaten. Now it's time to assemble your assembly line! Set up three bowls in a row: the first one with flour, the second one with the beaten eggs, and the third one with your crushed Cap'n Crunch. Take your chicken tenders, one at a time, and dip them into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the Cap'n Crunch crumbs. Make sure each tender is coated evenly and generously with that crunchy goodness.
Place your coated chicken tenders onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one. Pop them in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy. Remember to keep an eye on them, as they can darken quickly. Once they're done, let them cool for a couple of minutes before diving in.
