Take note
Please be careful while handling the popsicle sticks and avoid touching your tongue to the freezing popsicle.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 4 cups of cold water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Carefully pour the lemonade mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper or plastic cups. Just cover them tightly with aluminum foil and insert popsicle sticks through the foil.
Place the popsicle molds or cups in the freezer. After about 1 hour, partially freeze the mixture and insert popsicle sticks into each mold. This will help the sticks stand upright. Continue freezing for another 3-4 hours, or until the popsicles are solidly frozen.
Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds or cups. If they don't come out easily, briefly run the molds or cups under warm water to loosen them. Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the tangy and refreshing Classic Lemonade Popsicles!
