Take note
Be careful when handling hot trays and baked cookies. The shot glass edges may be sharp, so sip with caution. And remember, these are edible shot glasses, not indestructible shot glasses. Don't get too carried away and put too much force on them!

1

Prepare the dough

In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until the dough comes together. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2

Shape the shot glasses

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a shot glass mold or small oven-safe shot glasses. Remove the chilled dough from the refrigerator and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use a shot glass or cookie cutter slightly larger than your shot glass mold to cut out circles from the dough. Gently press each dough circle into the mold, making sure to shape it to the sides and bottom. Trim any excess dough. Place the mold or shot glasses on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

3

Cool and remove the shot glasses

Once baked, remove the shot glasses from the oven and let them cool in the mold or shot glasses for a few minutes. Carefully remove the shot glasses from the mold or shot glasses and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

4

Fill them up!

Now it's time to get creative and fill those edible shot glasses with your favorite treats! You can pour in some milk and take a sip as you nibble on the cookie shot glass. Or, you can fill them with whipped cream, chocolate mousse, or even ice cream. The possibilities are endless! Just be sure to enjoy them before they disappear.
